The sporstoto FAQ addresses common questions about game mechanics, account access, mobile browser use, and where to find published terms and policies — answers are based on how each product actually works, not on promotional summaries.
COMMON QUESTIONS
What Sporstoto Players Ask Most
These questions cover the specific mechanics, account steps and policies that come up most often. Each answer addresses the actual rule or process — not a generic description of the product category.
In Gem Saviour Sword, does the Hold & Spin feature lock all special symbols at once?
Not exactly. The Hold & Spin feature locks qualifying chest or gem symbols already on screen, then respins the remaining reels. New matching symbols that land during a respin also lock — the feature extends as long as new symbols keep arriving.
Does a Draw No Bet market in Thai League 1 void my whole stake if the match ends level?
Yes — if the full-time result is a draw, Draw No Bet returns your stake in full. It does not mean you win; it simply removes the draw outcome from the market. Check each listing to confirm whether extra time applies to settlement.
Do Sic Bo Big and Small bets cover every possible total from the three dice?
No, and this is the most common misunderstanding. Big covers totals 11–17 and Small covers 4–10, but any triple — three matching numbers — loses both bets regardless of the total. Triples are a separate market with their own payout logic.
Does raising my cannon level in Fishing Games always improve my returns?
Not automatically. A higher cannon level costs more credits per shot and deals greater damage, but your returns still depend on the fish you target. Shooting expensive fish with a low cannon costs less but takes more hits — compare cannon cost against fish value before committing.

In-Game Rules Screen
Open the rules panel inside the game — Sic Bo, Gem Saviour Sword and Fishing Games each display their own mechanic explanations there.
